Position Announcement: Instructional Support Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Instructional Support Intern to assist with the coordination and administrative logistics of our upcoming course. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless experience for our students and a professional environment for our instructors.

Schedule & Availability

Term: [Insert Dates]

Daily Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Weekly Commitment: Saturday through Thursday (6 days)

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Hospitality (Saturday – Sunday)

Saturday: Manage remote catering logistics by placing pre-scheduled lunch orders via DoorDash (Newk’s) to ensure timely delivery for the upcoming week.

Sunday: Provide on-site support by assisting with the transport of instructional supplies and managing the student check-in/verification process.

Administrative & Academic Support (Monday – Thursday)

Site Preparation: Assist with daily supply transport and classroom setup to ensure sessions begin promptly at 7:30 a.m.

Attendance Management: Oversee the official sign-in sheets to ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.

Assessment Grading: Proactively grade student examinations beginning Monday morning. You will work closely with the lead instructor to ensure grading is accurate and returned in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and punctuality.

Ability to lift and carry instructional materials (up to [X] lbs).

High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling student assessments.

Proficiency with mobile ordering platforms (DoorDash).
